Before stepping into coaching and consulting, Nash spent over a decade building high-performing teams and scaling businesses across publishing, media, and tech startups.
She’s worked as a Marketing Director, consulted for multiple SaaS startups, and founded her own media production company—producing narrative podcasts for global brands.
She knows how to build and lead remote teams because she’s done it herself: growing lean, agile teams from scratch, managing global creatives, and driving results even under pressure.

For over 30 years, Xevi Pujolar has lived and breathed high-stakes motorsport, spending 23 years in Formula 1’s trackside operations, where precision, execution, and decision-making happen in real-time.
Xevi didn’t just work in Formula 1—he engineered victories. As a Senior F1 Engineer, Head of Trackside Engineering, and up to Racing Director, he has optimized the finest margins that separate champions from the rest. Every millisecond, every call, every adjustment matters and his job has been to ensure flawless execution under pressure.
His career has taken him across the world, leading high-performance teams at top F1 organizations: Jaguar Racing, Williams Grand Prix, Hispania Racing, Scuderia Toro Rosso, Sauber / Alfa Romeo Racing / Audi F1 Transformation.
