Xevi didn’t just work in Formula 1—he engineered victories.
As a Senior F1 Engineer (Head of Trackside Engineering) and Racing Director, he has optimized the finest margins that separate champions from the rest.
Every millisecond, every call, every adjustment matters—and his job has been to ensure flawless execution under pressure.
His career has taken him across the world, leading high-performance teams at top F1 organizations:
